Why should you come to Chile Day 2015 in London?
The 7th and 8th of September are important dates for UK-Chile trade; the highly prestigious event Chile Day will take place in London, promoting Chile's financial market abroad and seeking to strengthen ties between representatives of Chilean capital markets and their global partners. Chile Day is an annual conference attended by more than 300 people, this year it includes top financial institutes, Chilean Minister of Interior, Chilean Minister of Finance, leaders of blue chip companies and our own delegation from Chile represented by our Business Development Manager, Karl Royce.
The timing of the event is great as it coincides with government initiatives to increase the attractiveness of doing business in Chile; now is the perfect time to get on board. Over the past five years, Chile’s economic freedom has strengthened noticeably; securing Chile’s place as the first South and Central American country to reach top 10 in the 2015 Index of Economic Freedom. This is evident by the improvements made in five of the 10 economic freedoms led by sizeable gains in property rights, price stability, and the investment climate.
